Invictus Builders is one of Kerala's leading building consultancies—but the identity wasn't doing the work the business was. The brand needed to look as collaborative, modern and responsible as the projects it was actually delivering.
The Brief
We landed on two ideas that ran through everything — 'Together We Build' and 'Bringing a New Perspective.' Construction is never a solo act. The identity had to feel like a handshake, not a stamp.
The Reframe
The new logo turned the corner of a building into the letter
T—a quiet symbol of structure, partnership and craft. The palette moved to blue and green, signaling sustainability without lecturing. The system carried cleanly across business cards, letterheads, brochures and the digital presence. One voice, every touchpoint.
The Strategy
Invictus now reads the way it works—professional, collaborative, forward-looking. The identity gave the business a presence that matched its ambition, and a language clients could trust on sight
